Terms & Conditions
  • A Full Circle Retreats place can be secured by paying in full or by placing a deposit. Payments at the present time can be made by Bank Transfer or by Cheque to Full Circle Retreats.
  • In the case of one person booking on behalf of one or more additional clients, the lead booker must supply the name and contact details of the additional clients by email quoting the booking number.
  • Places will not be allocated until payment has been cleared.
  • If paying by Bank transfer, full or deposit payments must be made within 48 hours of booking. For payments by cheque, these must be received within 5 days.
  • In the case of a deposit payment being made, the outstanding balance should be paid in full 28 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to do so may lead to ‘your place’ being withdrawn.
  • In the case of ‘Early Bird’ bookings, there is no deposit option. All ‘Early Bird’ bookings must be paid for in full.
  • The ‘Early Bird’ booking offer may be withdrawn at our discretion, at any time.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.
  • Full Circle Retreats reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who has paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.

 

  • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, in the first instance, an alternative retreat date will be offered. If no other retreat date is suitable, then a refund will be offered less any In the case of bookings paid in full (i.e. no deposit made), a £30 fee will be retained to cover expenses.
  • Cancellation: If a retreat has to be cancelled due to the minimum number of participants necessary to run an event has not been achieved, we will give a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation and in the first instance, an alternative retreat date will be offered. If no other retreat date is suitable, then a refund in full will be available.
  • Cancellation: In certain situations beyond our control such as the withdraw of retreat instructors due to illness or weather conditions, Full Circle Retreats reserve the right to change bookings and shall inform clients as soon as possible. All efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements but we do not accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including accommodation and travel costs. If the rearranged date or no other future retreat date is suitable, then a refund will be offered less any In the case of bookings paid in full (i.e. no deposit made), a £30 fee will be retained to cover expenses.

 

  • The minimum age for any person taking part in a Full Circle Retreat is 16 and they must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
  • During all retreats, all food and drinks will be supplied. Clients are required to inform Full Circle Retreats of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. This may be done via email quoting the booking number and the name of the booked client.
  • Clients must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to participate in activities.
  • Full Circle Retreats has public liability insurance, however client’s vehicles and personal belongings brought to a retreat are done so at owners’ risk and will need to have adequate insurance cover.
  • Pets are not allowed on the farm/retreat location. We can provide details of local facilities on request.
